We go beyond unit process design to deliver system-oriented engineering that considers energy,
utilities, and operating conditions to maximize overall plant performance and efficiency.
Optimized evaporation design for efficient concentration and water recovery
Evaporator systems are used across a wide range of processes, and their performance depends on selecting the right type for each operating condition. Key factors such as feed characteristics, fouling tendency, heat sensitivity, required concentration, and energy efficiency must be carefully evaluated. We provide end-to-end evaporator system solutions, covering process design, type selection, equipment fabrication, delivery, and commissioning support. By combining engineering expertise with practical execution, we deliver evaporation systems optimized for each application.
Evaporation System
Falling Film Evaporators form a thin liquid film inside the heating tubes, allowing rapid evaporation with short residence time. This type enables gentle evaporation and efficient heat transfer, making it suitable for applications requiring stable operation and minimized thermal impact.

Forced Circulation Evaporators use pumps to circulate liquid at high velocity through the heating tubes, reducing fouling and scaling risks. This configuration provides strong heat transfer performance and stable operation even under demanding process conditions.

Rising Film Evaporators utilize vapor-driven flow to lift the liquid through the tubes, enabling evaporation with minimal temperature difference. Their simple structure and efficient heat utilization allow stable operation under controlled conditions with low thermal stress.

Thin Film Evaporators spread the feed into an extremely thin film under vacuum, enabling very short residence time. This design allows efficient concentration and purification while minimizing thermal degradation and handling high-viscosity materials.
